TITAN Technology Partners Completes Acquisition of SAP Services Provider Integration Associates, Inc.

CHARLOTTE, NC - (September 30, 2006) – TITAN Technology Partners, a leading provider of enterprise hosted and managed industry solutions, has completed their second acquisition of an SAP services provider this year by acquiring Integration Associates, Inc. based in Atlanta, Georgia. The acquisition strengthens TITAN’s SAP practice and adds educational services to the offerings for the SAP install base. The acquisition will expand TITAN’s SAP install base and adds tremendous talent and leadership to support TITAN’s primary goal of becoming the elite provider of outsourced industry solutions. For Integration Associates, the combination offers its clients and employees the advantage of a larger firm with additional capabilities and offerings. Shelton James has been appointed Senior Vice President of SAP Educational and Technical Services. Mr. James’ primary responsibilities will be managing technical operations for TITAN’s SAP Center of Excellence and expanding TITAN’s educational services. Mr. James brings over 16 years of SAP and computing experience to TITAN, including more than 11 years’ experience in the SAP arena. Prior to joining TITAN Technology Partners, Mr. James was the Founder and President of Integration Associates and was responsible for running the company. Prior to founding Integration Associates, Mr. James was a co-founder of an SAP services’ provider, Enterprise Solutions Group, which was later sold to Computer Horizons Corporation where Mr. James served as the VP of SAP Training Services.
