Vincent D'Orazio promoted to Senior VP IT Outsourcing at TITAN Technology Partners

CHARLOTTE, NC - (June 23, 2005) -TITAN Technology Partners is pleased to announce Vincent D'Orazio has been promoted to Senior Vice President of IT Outsourcing. Mr. D'Orazio's primary responsibility is the delivery of IT outsourcing services to TITAN Technology Partners' valued customers.

Mr. D'Orazio has spent the past five years leading strategic IT consulting engagements and has more than fifteen years experience as a CIO delivering IT solutions and providing guidance to CEOs and executive management in support of business strategy and growth of numerous companies.

Prior to joining TITAN Technology Partners, Mr. D'Orazio was CIO at Intermedia Communications, Inc. and Vice President of Information Services for Ameritech's Consumer Services business unit. In addition, Mr. D'Orazio has extensive experience in implementation of IT architecture, infrastructure, organization structure and business process design, life cycle methodologies, business prioritization, outsourcing management, and the delivery of business applications.

Mr. D'Orazio holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Ohio Northern University and an MBA in Systems Management from Baldwin Wallace College. Mr. D'Orazio is also a founding board member of the Tampa Bay Technology Leadership Association.
