CHARLOTTE, NC - (OCTOBER XX, 2004) - Today, TITAN Technology Partners announced that it has joined the Mercury Solutions Partner Program as a Gold Solutions Partner. Mercury Interactive Corporation is the global leader in business technology optimization (BTO).
