- Instance setup and initial user upload
- Initial setup and customization assistance (3 sessions of 1 hour / technical resource)
- Initial administrator training onsite or live online (3 sessions of 2 of hours/ trainer)
- Manager and user level “How-to” eLearning modules preloaded
- User manuals for all three levels (administrator, manager, user) preloaded
