Management Team Training takes place:

  • Early in the engagement to build scorecards and provide a basic understanding of the solution and change management issues
  • Immediately before each site rollout with the appropriate site mangement team
  • After go-live to train managers how to use the solution and maximize investment

Training consists of these unique offerings:

    CP/VP Level Executive Expectation Workshop - The objectives of this 8-hour workshop are to identify the benchmark criteria, the training needed to make the executive team active users of the solution and the opportunities for additional emphasis during end user training.

     

    Director Level Executive Rollout Workshop/Lab - This 16-hour workshop is designed to provide the management team with an understanding of "how" and "where" the solution can support their organization's business rules. The lab consists of an exercise to emphasize what the solution does, not how it does it.

    Executive User Training Lab - This 8 to 16-hour training lab teaches the management team how to become confident and self-sufficient users of the new solution. When executives use the ERP solution, they realize the true value of it all.

Each of these classes include a world-class business process blueprint that is used to identify the footprint of the solution.
