Rich Marko is responsible for TITAN Technology Partners' Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Operations.
A resourceful, knowledgeable leader with over 30 years of experience in the computer industry, 20+ years specializing in Human Resources and 15+ years experience with Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM) Consulting. Experience includes project and practice management, implementation support and technical guidance. Functional and Technical skills bring unique experience and skills to a project during all phases, from Design, Building, Implementing and Post Production Support.
Prior to joining TITAN, Rich was with Deloitte Consulting, LLP working in their Human Capital Transformation group, Xcelicor Inc. as Director of Technical Services and Oracle Corporation as a Practice Director in the North Central region.
