Senior Vice President, Oracle Fusion Applications
Frank leads and supports complex Talent Management, HR Function and Work force Transformation sales opportunities and manages the Global TITAN HCM Delivery group as the SVP for TITAN GPS. Since 1995 Frank has provided client and complex program leadership in support of HCM Transformation that span Assessment and Business Case through the Post-Go Live phases. He has also supported sales efforts for new and add on work Globally. He has conducted TITAN GPS Compass Engagements that have included strategy, people, process,organization, technology and delivery and been the first to deliver systems in the HCM industry numerous times during the last 15 years.
Mr. Reneke specializes in Oracle EBS (release 11 and 12 and Fusion) HCM applications. He also, specializes in new software technology for Human Capital Management and has written and published articles and done multiple speaking engagements on trends over the last 15 years. His current areas of interest include Multi Tenancy, HRM BPO, SaaS based BPO and Cloud Computing.
Mr. Reneke participated in the first ever triathlon event across three European cities in one day. Held on 14 September 2010, the three events comprising the Eurostar Tri-City-Athlon are the swim event in Paris, the bike event in Brussels and the running event in London. Travel between these cities in which TITAN Technology Partners supports clients was provided by Europe's premier train and sponsor of the first of its kind triathlon, the Eurostar.
