Frank Reneke
Senior Vice President
As the leader of TITAN's business development and services for Oracle Human Capital Management, Mr. Reneke brings more than 12 years of experience within the Oracle HRMS Community. Mr. Reneke has a proven track record of managing large project teams and the ability to articulate complex technology issues to senior executives in business terms. He has also demonstrated his ability to recruit, develop, and manage large Oracle HRMS implementations on a global scale. He is known for properly assessing system and business needs, developing effective implementation strategies and serving as a liaison with senior management, information technology, and human resources.
Prior to joining TITAN Technology Partners, Mr. Reneke spent 8 years at Oracle Consulting where he developed and managed both the Oracle HRMS Commercial and Public Sector HRMS Consulting Practices.
Mr. Reneke holds a BS from Florida State University and an MS from San Diego State University. He has actively participated in and was one of the founders of the Oracle HRMS User Group, and has received multiple awards from Oracle Corporation. His free time is spent either with his daughter or traveling to spend time with friends and family.
