FAQs

What does TITAN look for when hiring new people?
TITAN looks for people who not only have the skills necessary to become a productive member of the TITAN team, but also have the desire to continually learn new skills and to serve clients and other TITAN employees.

Why does TITAN find it important to have a company-wide meeting every six months?
An important and unique concept of TITAN is the theory of reinvention. Every six months all TITAN employees meet at a company-wide meeting in order to discuss the past six months' accomplishments, the next six months' goals, and new areas of focus within the business. Since all TITAN employees are "employee-owners", it is important to have this open level of communication.

How does TITAN's employee ownership plan work?
TITAN is an employee-owned company, with all employees owning a piece of the firm's equity. Our motto is shared vision, shared values, shared wealth. TITAN believes that a firm owned by its employees creates an environment that improves results for its clients.
